The pension reforms are sorely needed, but I don’t see anything in this “super memo” that indicates that big companies are gonna pay their fair share. If a CEO receives 100k from his dividends, he’ll pay a total tax on that of 4700€ where that tax would be 56.500€ if it were taxed like wages…
