How much of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is even still threatening Ukraine? I almost never see news reports or ISW updates regarding attacks from the sea anymore. Even with respect to coastal towns, e.g., Odesa, I’m pretty sure the attacks against infrastructure there recently have all originated from land or air.
