No earth and is that some kind of child protection? I think it is 1970s. 1980s houses seemed to have earth.
We have those in our summer cottage, which my wife’s late grandad built in the 60s (I think).
From the 1950s or 60s, maybe early 70s. The earliest reference I have had of those was a publication from 1957 and we had those in a house built in 1966 in the children’s rooms. In the late 70s modern shutters were already available.
