      Go to your local antiques dealer. Show him the pieces and ask for his opinion. He will make an offer or tell you if it‘s tourist-trap-trash. Or he will direct you to one of his colleagues.

      If he doesn‘t make an offer, leave him a tip for taking the time to look at it.

      If you are scared of being pulled over the table: contact a professional assessor.

      The first tea set used to be quite popular. My granny had one and I’ve seen sets of it at flea markets for way cheap.
