      Really are missing a trick with under utilising O’Connell St.

      Could you create small hub with 5/6 restaurants with outdoor dining (Covered in winter) and try and expand it

      There’s something oddly depressing about it. It should be thriving 24 hours a day but there’s hardly anyone on it, and it would probably look the same if it was filmed 10 or 20 years ago.
