Merz is just copying SPD from last summer. The politicans contradict themself. I think if the AFD and CDU would say let’s keep all the illegals in germany the Greens and SPD would start to call for deportation.

I will vote for the Greens but no matter if you like him or dislike him but he’s obviously right…
Satisfied people typically don’t vote extremist. The very fact that any extremist party is getting stronger (especially *this* strong!) shows that the mainstream politics has screwed up something in a big-big way.
But by all means keep pretending that you guys know it better, and that you’ve done everything right.
