      I don’t like it. Same performance, same price. Setting prices according to nationality is stupid, even if unfortunately many countries do it.

      Idk what to think about that. I mean, do EU citizens pay higher ticket prices for the 9/11 memorial museum or the Hiroshima peace memorial?

      Actually illegal under EU law. This was already challenged once in Hungary

      The French support the Louvre with taxes makes sense that it should be cheaper for them and given that they can’t discriminate against EU citizens by treating them different to natives this makes sense to me.

      Good. My last trip to the Louvre I left before I saw anything because of noisy non-EU tour groups. I’m American — anything that makes the treasures able to be seen under sane conditions I’m in favor of.
