      As they should. The prices are shocking compared to the wages the locals make. These chains are exploiting these people.

      I wanted to share a comparison of costs between Croatia and Utah, USA. The median monthly wage in Croatia is €1100 and the median monthly wage in Utah is $4089, so almost 4x as high.
      But prices in Croatia are the same or higher for most goods. It’s insane. I live in Utah but have family in Croatia and visit regularly. I was shocked by the prices last year and they’ve only gotten worse since.
