My daughter-in-law’s grandmother lives in the next apartment block over from where this happened (i.e., the destroyed apartment unit is directly behind her grandmother’s apartment). She’s a nervous wreck but is safe. Putin needs to be held accountable for his war crimes.

What makes this post even more scary and heartbreaking is that woman hanging upside down. One of the most depressing things I saw throughout this war.
