Good lord ? I’m all for defending something preventable from happening to a pregnant person of all people but the write up is nuts. Should have been dipped pavement edge or bollards / alerting paint work. Really though – Really ? I think almost everywhere I park has one of those plants edged with a kerb and some hedge inside that people cut across so being aware and just looking around you in stepping out of a car is just something you need to do / common sense because we’ve all tripped over a random kerb at some stage after hopping out of a car.

This is just embarrassing and she should be ashamed. Will she be back to claim again when she falls over it with a baby in a carrier preventing her from seeing the kerb and its lack of bollards 😅

Couldn’t she just got up and scowled at the kerb like the rest of us
