Only places with a terrace and hookah bars.
Unfortunately not many left. Most bars with balconies allow smoking there but there isnt many that allow it inside. I would recommend one but im not sure its still allowed.(also kinda dont wanna give away my hole in the wall to potentıally many)

It is against the law to smoke inside bar or any similar place, you can only smoke on terrace or balcony or so
If you want a chill place to sit down with friends with some drinks and smoke try Havana Club. They also sell Cigars and cigarettes there
There are places where it’s de facto allowed, but they wouldn’t advertise it publicly as it’s illegal.
