I guess, only installing a fly screen will help you. I was personally against fly screens my whole life, because I thought no air exchange would be possible if they are installed. But that’s just not case.
You need to find out where they‘re coming from. Cold weather outside draws the bugs in and they will take any chance they get to come inside to stay warm. Though I’ve never seen this many on a spot.
Maybe they‘re hibernating in the insulation under your roof and are somehow finding their way into the room through a crack or opening somewhere in the wall?
If you can’t find their entry point on your own i would say contact your landlord and ask them for help. Maybe an exterminator can give advice.
It sounds like you are saying they enter through some unknown means without the window being opened? If that’s true that’s a concern for many more reasons than bugs. That would imply there is a hole in the wall or window frame, which can lead to all kinds of issues like mold. Definitely something your landlord has to fix.
For investigating this you could get a thermal imaging camera. Some places rent them out, but you can also get one for your phone for like $100 from Amazon (who will take it back within 30 days). Take some images on a cold day, any issue like that would be a massive cold spot on the wall or window frame. Show those images to your landlord. If they don’t want to act, join your local Mieterverein and talk to them about the next steps.
Put them outside on a sunny day, don’t kill them. They are just lady bugs.
As a temporary measure, you could install a Mückennetz above the bed which would prevent the bugs from reaching the bed.
It’s possible that they are hibernating in small gaps around the windows. As soon as you open the window and they feel the warm air, they wake up and follow the warmth inside. I have the same issue at my place. There’s not much you can do except a fly screen. However after a while they are all gone and stop coming (at least at my place).

My daughter intentionally doesn’t open her windows because of this, yet they continue to show up.
