Contesto: ho trovato questo rapporto allegato al box del mio garage. Il box garage è compreso nell’affitto del mio appartamento e non ho l’auto. Dato che non ho intenzione di possedere un’auto e che il parcheggio è minuscolo, ho deciso di tenere le biciclette mie e di mia moglie, un rimorchio per biciclette per i bambini e un po’ di attrezzatura per le riparazioni. Sembra che io abbia reso infelici alcune persone scontrose. Cosa dice la parte scritta a mano della nota? Qualsiasi consiglio per la mia situazione sarebbe apprezzato.

It lists the stuff you keep there that you shouldn’t according to Garagenordnung Ziffer 1 and 2.
Garages can’t be used for all kinds of stuff. The specifics depend on your state and your contract.

This isn’t about “grumpy people”, but a letter from the Hausverwaltung. There are rules on what you can and cannot do with garages. They inspected the garages and confirmed that you are doing things with the garage that aren’t permitted. The handwritten part lists things you are keeping in the garage.
If you don’t remove the things you aren’t allowed to have there before April 3rd, the case goes to a lawyer. The costs are billed to the owner. If what you’re doing causes damage (they say you are keeping flammable liquids), you’re liable.

ETA: The purpose of this rule is to keep people from getting around building regulations by building a garage, and then using it to do something for which they wouldn’t have been allowed to build a building.
I would check your garage “Terms of Use”
It might not say “KFZ” but “Fahrzeug”, which would allow the bikes.
The furniture needs to go though. It is not supposed to be there. Also any other “stuff”
Best thing you can do is remove all your stuff and rent out the parking spot (I am doing the same, however we also have a bicycle room where I store mine). Or just put the bikes there – they are not in the handwritten list of stuff they object with.
So… even if I don’t own a car I am still not allowed to park my bicycles in the garage?
A Garage is only for cars, you are turning it into a fire hazard by using it not for a car but as storage. Check the “Garagenordnung” to see what you can and cannot do.
Keeping other things than a car and maybe a few tools in your garage is permitted. It isn’t allowed to use a garage as a storage unit.
you normally have a cellar for tools . The bikes don’t seems to be the issue the closed locker , some liquid and your tools and the trailer. I don’t know why extinguisher would be an issue btu maybe there are regulation and it could explode ?? I guess the liquid was the main cause of it .Do you have oil lying around ?

You can’t use your garage like that. If they let you, they risk a hefty fee. There not grumpy, they just act by the rules.
It looks like they don’t object against your bikes parking there, just the stuff around.
