Ciao gente,
Sto cercando un farmaco simile a Alka-Seltzer Raccolgo di postumi di una sborniache ha aspirina 500 mg e caffeina 65 mg.
C’è qualche farmaco in Germania che combina questi due o devo acquistarli separatamente?
Non mi piace bere il caffè durante i postumi di una sbornia, quindi prendere la caffeina attraverso le pillole è la migliore alternativa per me.

Maybe try thomapyrin duo (Ibuprofen and coffein)
Or if you want Aspirin thomapyrin normal. (Coffein, Aspirin, Ibuprofen)
Regular aspirin should have it. Most of these headache and pain relief meds are paired with caffeine.
