Filter on gang all the way
Yes, but I also have a magnetic cover on it so I don’t have to look at the scraps in there between emptying it.
It’s definitely better to use it than not use it.
No drain blockage without a filter? 🤔
Can you plug the sink if it has the filter? If yes, then I would for sure just leave it when doing dishes
It might get clogged. But some people are just lazy to clean that I guess and like to risk it.
Whaaat… You keep it on, wash the food scraps on it, then empty it to biowaste and then do whatever you were doing!
Whaaat.. definitely filter on. Just because you push shit down the drain and you no longer see it does not mean it doesn’t cause a problem for someone later.
Filter on. I feel so guilty every time I let food scraps down the drain, I’m so scared that one day I have to empty the water lock (?? Not sure if this is the English word), and there will be a moldy, black disgusting food waste waiting 😫
I _enjoy_ emptying scraps from the filter into the biowaste bin.
I use it. Tho mine is so shitty that half of the food scraps still go through it.
Hell yes! Makes cleaning up super easy and reduces clogging. What’s not to like?
Personally, I never understood how to use it. Seems to either block the drain or sit somehow awkwardly. Luckily I don’t have one at home.
The filter is an essential tool when prepping vegetables, you can then really easily empty the scraps from the sink to the biowaste bin.
