    1. Skagenröra but made with crayfish on some Finnish Archipelago bread. Its usually shrimps.

      Seems like saaristolaisleipä (that bread) with crayfish skagen. That “caviar” on top is most likely some algae product as in vegan caviar.

      There are the small wedges of lemon and parsley for some reason, dill would be better

      Sweet chili shrimp salad on a saaristolaisleipä (~archipelago bread).

      A bit like toast skagen but with everything upgraded a notch — regular skagen shrimp to sweet chili and the toast to the dark saaristolaisleipä bread. I make those sometimes. They rule. I bet that was awesome!

      I’m curious to what kind of caviar that is, sturgeon? Maybe a little small for sturgeon but damn does that look 👀 good

      Skagen with caviar on top? Its not a common dish in Finland though.
