Why don’t Israel take them? They’re the ones making them leave their country after all
Let me get this straight.
Spain, Norway, Ireland et al accused Israel of war crimes in Gaza, especially for targeting civilians and civilian settlements. Doing so would obviously cause civilians to be displaced from their homes.
Israel denies doing that.
Now Israel is claiming that these countries must accept Palestinian refugees, who shouldn’t exist at all in the first place because the Israeli army wasn’t targeting civilians and their homes?

Whether there are war crimes or not (there are) in any vonflict any country is obligated to accept refugees, so yeah, Spain, Norway and Ireland should accept refugees, as well as any other country, including Israel
So, Israel is asking other countries to accept a (civilian) population that they don’t want to take care of and that they have a grudge with?
Where I have seen this before, I’m wondering…
how about we make the country that keeps taking over Palestinian territory, decade by decade, takes them in??
Or better yet, how about we land this piece of shit in jail for war crimes – for wanting to make a population “refugees” aka displacing them forcefully from their homes, the very definition of ethnic clensing, which has been a war crime for quite some time now.
Or are some nations above international law?
I am ok with that… followed by sending Israel’s citizens back to his own country.
