Mi piace raccogliere lettere della Seconda Guerra Mondiale ma faccio sempre fatica a tradurre le lettere scritte a mano (uso solo Google Translate). C’è qualcuno in grado di leggere questa calligrafia corsiva e tradurre questa lettera per me? Parola per parola.

      That’s a sweet letter in the bits I’ve just read, but a bit long for me to type out.

      You can solve this in a two-step process if needed:

      /r/Kurrent for a transliteration of the handwriting, which is a writing style no longer used.

      And then /r/translator.

      Well it was written on 22. January 1945 in Italy, but the rest is really, really hard to make out, if you’re not trained in writing in that style yourself and reading it.

      Obviously Schools back then put way more emphasis on teaching this style of writing compared to modern day schools.

      With at least an hour time in a personal sessions someone might be able to properly read it through and decipher was is standing there.
