      Then said he’s working on a peace plan.

      Now he’s asking Europe because he has no plan

      No doubt they would be happy to do a lend/lease with European countries. More money for them.

      I think Europe prefers to sell European arms instead of giving US money for their decommissioned stuff …
      US arm industry don’t like it, but nobody wants to be dependent of US any more.
      ====
      So withdrawing help just hurts them in long run .
      There will be Ukrainian war industry in future, that they are forcing to build with their no-aid-policy.
