      **Article:**

      >President Donald Trump has said the US and Moscow will begin negotiations “immediately” on ending the war in Ukraine after speaking with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

      >Trump said the two leaders had also agreed to work together and visit each other’s nations. He added that he would inform Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of their call.

      >“I just had a lengthy and highly productive phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.

      >“We agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other’s Nations. We have also agreed to have our respective teams start negotiations immediately, and we will begin by calling President Zelenskyy, of Ukraine, to inform him of the conversation, something which I will be doing right now.”

It is crazy how the EU doesnt even attempt to negotiate or be part of it. Like literally let them do what they want, as if the thing isnt happening at their doorstep. Not a single peep like they dont give a flying flamingo about these developments. Its not even that they try to set their own agenda and Putin or Trump disagree. They are completely dead silent on it.

You have to wonder what comes after. Say they settle, Russia gets what it wanted, Ukraine gets shafted, no NATO, no EU, what happens then? Where does it leave Europe?

Will the US let Europe bear hug Russia again? Can things go back to how it was? What about Ukraine? How will they take the humiliation? Will EU energy infrastructure be danger of attacks from state/non state actors? Someone already blew up the pipeline and the investigation was all hushed up. What is the guarantee that more such attacks won’t occur?

Let me predict the future. On the next day after their negotiation i am sure that there will be another bombardment on Ukraine

Kissinger would prepare for weeks and plan every possible move, and knew all the dirty tricks, so does Putin.

Putin will play Trump like a fiddle. Trump is unprepared and naive and mentally unable to notice it.

    6. He will discusse the capitulation of Ukraine, military favouring Putin, economicaly favouring Trump.

The USA is not to be trusted and definitively not an ally.

Until bombs & drones start dropping across Europe, we will not move a finger beyond comfort.

Just like US won`t move a finger as long as gas prices are ok.

Pair of fascists dividing up other countries territory. Scum both of them, Europe has to stand strong.

Canada + mexico + EU + UK need to come together and leave the US and russia

    10. billions and billions of agreements. People don’t know about these agreements. The best agreements in the history of this country

If this happens EU will show itself as the weakest geopolitical actor of last 100 years. A country from the other side of the world making deals impacting 100s of millions of Europeans, by increasing future uncertainty and depriving a partner country of choice. How can EU even make a claim of being able to have any effective power?

Perhaps China wants to buy the mining rights instead, if US don’t care to help. They need plenty for their EV industry.

Any agreement between US and RU will be absolutely horrible for Ukraine and EU.

Trump to Putin: “Putin, baby. Come through, I wanna show you what this mouth do.”

If it wasn’t for him screwing our relationship with our allies his first term has been pretty solid so far tbh.

Wrong title, it should be: Trump announces he and Putin will form a block against the rest of the world. They cannot be trusted, ever.

r/Europe is crawling with bots these days. Europe won’t abandon Ukraine like tramp did with the Kurds.

There’s that little issue of the *ahem* Kursk incursion that needs a thorough discussion too. Well done Ukraine, well fucking done lads 😉

Trump and Putin look to carve up Ukraine for their mutual benefit and expect Ukraine to be pleased with the leftover scraps…right?

    20. Biden and the EU did not support Ukraine enough, they provided just enough to prevent defeat but not enough to secure victory.

Now, bitter oligarchs like Trump, Putin, and Musk are essentially deciding how it will end.

I really hope that if Trumps decisions favor the criminal Putin, the EU will finally step up their game and wont let this happen, but it is unlikely to happen.

In the end, all I can hope for is an end to the suffering of those who die every day in this war because of the greed and evil of people who value nothing but money.

Yeah the U.S is just straight up an adversary and should be treated as such. And European countries should seriously start to consider building a nuclear arsenal.

It would be nice if they looped in the leader of Ukraine once in a while so he knows what’s he’s agreeing to.
