DB in cooperation with Alex / Die Länderbahn has a round trip ticket for Prague
[https://www.laenderbahn.com/alex/en/tickets/prag-spezial-ticket/](https://www.laenderbahn.com/alex/en/tickets/prag-spezial-ticket/) you book it on DBs Webseite (Prag Spezial Ticket)
From Nuremberg Hbf 42€ one way round trip 77,50 (didn’t have my glasses on when I wrote 72)€
Muj vlak app from czech railroads (when going berlin to praha I found it to be cheaper then the german offers).
You have to buy a ticket from Furth in Wald (Last Stop in Germany) to Prague
I buy it via Czech IDOS app. It costs 768 CZK / 30 EUR from Nürnberg to Prague and the journey takes 4 and half hour
No matter which app or website you are using to book a ticket, the Deutschlandticket will only be valid to the last stop before the border.
You‘ll have to figure out the last station in Germany and buy your ticket from that station to Prague (and vice versa).
You‘d need to compare various offers though – some people here mentioned a round trip ticket to Prague, it might be cheaper to get that one instead of using Deutschlandticket + individual ticket for the Czech part of the route as I‘ve mentioned above.
6 minutes change is pretty crazy when it comes to Germany
