this seems premature. the negotiations have not even begun yet. also, trump said in the press conference at the Tulsi nomination that he would not cut funding if negotiations fail. I dont think anything will come of these negotiations. they will fail and the war will continue as it is now
Bolton (rightly) hates Trump, he’ll just say whatever, let’s save our personal time and anger for when we actually KNOW he’s fucked it spectacularly.
