Among the Irish criminals, the same 100+ people get released every few years and subsequently end up in the headlines again. The first time they have 30 charges, the second time 70, the third time 110, etc.
And with each headline-> prison ->release again cycle, they tend to get more and more violent.
Some people are on the 7th or 8th imprisonment cycle.
They must surely be competing for the best national headline at this point?
