EDIT: Headline is not fully clear. The statistics show the number of crimes that were solved, not the number of people convicted of crimes.

Are there 10k Syrians or Congolese in Finland and if not, how sure can we be this would still be the case?
Also, since it’s counting crimes, not criminals, technically it could be just a few guys doing multiple crimes before getting caught.
Either way we’re talking of 1% or so…
No surprises really.
People from cultures where punishments are extremely severe, have hard time adjusting to humane treatment, and deterrent factor is minimal.

Now if only most rapes done by finnish were even reported.
Suviseuras is still the biggest raping of minors event in finland and almost none of it gets reported because they want to handle it internally.

No shock there really. Stats like these are disgusting. These men coming to Finland, given a new chance to make something of themselves. And this is what they choose to do.
Concrete shoes and a nice boat trip would be fitting for these guys IMHO.
But does this lead to anywhere. If we can’t deport them after they have been proven guilty it would just get worse. Finland has much more else to put tax money than to pay for the rapists
