As perun said about military budgets, they are not comparable. Reason is that the different countries have vastly different ways they count and how much their labor costs varies wildly.
Some have even listed their aid shipment with the acquiring cost price of the kit decades ago, while some use current marketprice.
nobody in public will have info on what has been truly effective aid and from where. Bradleys of usa and humwees have been very visible, but even with them usa has been holding back so much.
Believing trump is like spitting straight upwards – very soon it will get all in your face.

I’ve never been so disappointed with my country in my lifetime. We are sprinting towards abandoning all our allies while our president actively tries to make us a vassal state to Russia. It’s like Trump is jealous of Lukashenko getting to be a colonel.
