Domanda veloce sul mio volo domani. Quanto sono severi su queste dimensioni, purché rimango sotto 8 kg e la borsa si adatta sotto il sedile. Un normale backback è ok?

A backpack is usually way smaller than that. Look at those size measurements. Usually a backpack or a purse is allowed anyways as it fits under the seat, the carry on is usually a small suit case that goes in the overhead compartment.
A small backpack that fits under the seat comfortably is OK in my experience.
Yes, a backpack will definitely work. If you’re worried about the 15cm “thickness”, you can always put some stuff in your pockets/jacket 😉
I fly Finnair alot for and never had any issues with bag size or weight.
