Ciao! Inizierò un Ausbildung in una città fuori da Monaco e sono alla ricerca del mio primo appartamento in assoluto.
Su Immowelt ho trovato questo bellissimo appartamento in 1 stanza moderno a un buon prezzo, quindi ho inviato un’indagine. Entro 4 giorni ho ricevuto questa e -mail (diapositiva 1)
Nota: in questo periodo l’elenco è stato rimosso da Immowelt, quindi ho solo pensato che qualcuno avesse l’appartamento, ma a quanto pare no.
All’inizio sembrava strano perché non rispondeva alla mia domanda che era se potessi trasferirmi a settembre o stanno cercando qualcuno che vuole trasferirsi prima. È stato allora che ho iniziato a diventare sospetto. In entrambi i casi, ho risposto dicendo che sarei stato felice di ottenere un besichtigungstermin e di nuovo mi ha chiesto di trasferirmi a settembre. Le prossime 3 diapositive sono ciò con cui ha risposto. Ha inviato più foto del luogo + il suo ID che è così strano per me?
Non ho risposto e mia madre mi ha detto di bloccarla perché questa è una truffa, ma onestamente non posso dirlo per la mia vita. 😢😢

100% had the same and googled the entire text. internet was full of them. they even are on airbnb and want cash in advanced before you get the key to the apartment lol.
It’s sooooooo suspiciously cheap. Damn, and Munich as well. Munich is so expensive. Why would someone rent out an apartment that’s close to Munich and not make it way more expensive? Could just be the nicest landlord in all of existence, or a scam.
Asking you to use Booking.com is always a scam
Edit: Also whenever someone offers you their ID as „proof“ it’s a stolen ID and definitely 100% a scam

Yup! The part with the absence came late, but the ad was too good to be ture from the beginning. “I’m in X-landfor y time” gave it away.

it’s 2025.. start using google reverse search on pictures please!! Especially in those scam situations you are usually going to find those pictures in multiple scams. Stay safe out there!
