      Some species of zygentome, but the images are too blurry to tell the exact species. They are normal in apartments. You can try to lower humidity to restrict them to bathrooms or so.

      It’s a silverfish.

      Very common and completely harmless. You can buy silverfish traps in most supermarkets, they look like small round tins with holes you place on the floor.

      Silberfischchen, It’s harmless to humans, doesn’t bite or spread diseases. They love moisture so they are found most commonly in bathrooms.

      To get rid of them, keep your home dry, clean up crumbs, and store food properly. Ventilate rooms and fix leaks. There are also traps to stop them. If they keep coming back, you might have moisture problems that need fixing.

      I think it might be silverfish, they like it damp so make sure to keep your place dry as far as I know they’re generally harmless

      Looks more like a Papierfischen from here.
      Quite invasive and fast little buggers.
