Georgescu has said that he far prefers the US over the EU. It’s all part of the US’ plan to destroy the European Union and split up Europe with Russia.
This is a very complicated situations with no good solutions. despite breaking the law Calin Georgescu is still I very popular candidate from what I have seen (38% I think with current polls). This is exasperated by the fact that I don’t think the Romanian authorities have released there investigation report and that one report pinning it on the PNL. I personally would say let him run to avoid any major public outrage unless there report has some pretty solid evidence and they can release it before the election.

Stupid fucks wouldn’t have been able to point where Romania is on a map one year ago. And even more stupid fucks, the people here voting for a candidate publicly endorsed by a foreign super power (USA), and informally endorsed by another terroristic one (Russia), calling themselves patriotic and sovereigntists. It’s probably not much, but the Romanian government and judiciary so far has not given any sign that they will cooperate with the US.
When it comes to the situation with the Tate brothers the Romanian government is pulling the “uh sorry no one is home right now, leave a message after the beep”. For all the criticisms of the Romanian government, of which there are many, they have always at least on the surface claimed to care abt justice so they’re not going ti act to please America this one time.
And also, the head of the Constitutional Court of Romania just gave an interview where he defended the decision to annull the elections, and seemed to give hints that Georgescu will not be allowed to run in the re-run.
Be sovereign as you’re told!
