Aren’t traffic signs supposed to be legible for drivers? The ‘wegcode’ states that the ‘onderbord’ has to be white lettering on a blue background with certain dimensions.

What is the legality of slapping an A4 on a traffic sign?

To clarify; My issue is that these kind of signs are not legible while being in your car. So you basically have to get out to be able to read it. In the area I took this picture, there are like 20 of these in a single street, all with different dates.

Don’t know if it’s legal but see these quite often like that. Tbh, i used duct tape and black permanent marker +- 10 times taking up city parking space and never had a complaint.
Ofcourse, i had a permit from the city. You can always check online if the permit has been issued for this case.
