То, что я вижу на данный момент- это тотальная зависимость европейских армий от американских технологий. В первую очередь- коммуникационных. Полетят ли ваши ракеты точно, если штаты отключат GPS? Поднимется ли в воздух европейские f35 без связи с американским сервером? Это хорошие вопросы, на который вам надо честно себе ответить. Разговоры о единстве и сплоченности- это хорошо, но, техническая возможность- первична.

The absolute minimum should be a unified domestic manufacturing and procurement system, a modular system of military formations so that any two or more European armies can coordinate together with a clear, set out, rules based chain of command.
We already have more than enough soldiers, at approx 1.8 million. Imagine how well equipped they could be if we weren’t waisting time and money on 27 odd separate procurement and organizational systems.
