The Crush Nazism monument is Located outside the Oslo Central Station. It was unveiled in 2015 in memory of the Osvald group and their efforts during the Second World War who fought against the Nazi regime. This statue is in place to remember those who died because of the vicious regime and to ensure history does not repeat itself, Something we should be careful about at this moment in time.
I walk past this every day on my way to work, and only last year I found out it was crushing a swastika. I thought it was just a hammer. It’s hard to see from the ground level.
