Under a suspended sentence?? I wonder what that conviction was for? I hope the judge gave him a very stern talking to.
Can’t read the article, but assume no one was hurt or killed (thank God) – this time.
Whatever sentence he gets there should be – in addition, to be clear, to what he gets now – a 10-year automatic jail sentence if he’s caught driving when not sober/legally disqualified ever again (or whatever the maximum length a suspended sentence can carry).
