Now we just have to wait for the challenge to An Bord Pleanala, and the judicial review of the decision of ABP.

Then the horrible prospect of some medium density housing being build in a city might come to pass.

8 storeys “excessive” FFS. Should be illegal to build anything below double digits in Dublin.

A bit sad by this, spent many long Summer evenings in the 90’s playing football on the fields of Knockrabo with lads from the Italian chipper families. It was a great little hidden spot. Granted, the area has changed a lot since then and it’s a good spot for this kind of development. Pity it includes houses and not just apartments.

Fuck planning permission and the challenges this development will eventually face from it

      As a local, good.

Now let’s get those bigger units by Our Lady’s Grove and the Luas bridge up and going. People desperately need housing and outside of the city centre, there is probably nowhere as well equipped for this.

    6. Does anyone know how you can voice your opinion FOR these type of things? There’s ways to object and complain, but I feel like the authorities need to be able to show messages of support in order to counter the complaints… If thousands of people voiced their position in favour of it, it might help get these things done?
