The dates for the spade and crossed keys are the dates the trademarks for those symbols were granted, not when the knife was made. The metal still looks in good condition, so I’m guessing it’s stainless steel, which would date it no earlier than the 1910s, but my entirely non-expert guess would be younger than that.

I’d recommend getting a clearer picture of the base of the larger blade, since it looks like there are markings that might help narrow down the date. If there’s anything written on the other side of the blade(s), take a picture of that as well.
