Trump outright said recently that he’s freezing Ukraine aid and that they have to ” make do with what they have until peace ”………..
I dunno what the point of Zelensky even going to the US is anymore, Ukraine should just pull out of the ” deal ” and come to terms with the US being a lost ally.
At some point you’ve gotta take a hint.

Nice reality check there.
Ukraine & allies are fully aware that Trump needs something shiny though. #47 looked so happy about getting “500 billion plus” “back” “for America”.

It’s fucking rich listening to European politicians knowing their support for Ukraine is loans that have to be repaid.

The best approach is that the agreement shall have a clause that no minerals are to be extracted until peace is met. How are you going to put labour into mining when you need that people power fighting in the war and contributing directly to it.

Larps everywhere.
1. First things first: what minerals? Can anyone actually say scientifically what minerals we talking about here?
2. Most of coal of Ukraine sit in the east…in the ground. Gna take dozens of years to get them out. Please usa come and get that shit that is occupied by Russia currently. Also we were never gna get it out there over next 100 years anyways.
3. Is usa gna sign deal and let russia bomb ukraine ? Or bomb 50% of their minerals?
4. To get that shit out the ground you gta come to Ukraine, get rid of russian, build plants, power stations, rebuild cities, provide employment etc. Sounds like alot of opportunity here fo all.
Kinda sick and tired of Muppets looking at face value and talking shit. Most of you not from East of Ukraine where I grew up. You thinking what usa gna come and just load 50% on the train and leave? Lmao.
As I said in my previous post last week Saturday Ukraine was gna sign the deal. In fact they signed this shit when kelrogg met with zelensky and never told anyone untill now. They know the value. I was told by this exact reddit that it was never gna happen.

Zelensky is just playing Trump with a retarded minerals deal that can be void in the future whenever they want.

Ben Wallace retiring as defence minister & politics in general was a huge loss to this country. I’d vote for him as prime minister in a heartbeat.

Yes, we all know and Trump is an insult to Ukraine.

America has never done anything for free in its entire history. Trump, in his claims, did not even stutter about the money that American companies earn, and the cleaning of stockpiles from old ammunition and equipment.

It’s not signed, what i’d like to think is that this is Zelensky exposing Trumps “politics” AKA extortion for all to see (including those who refused to see the writing on the wall)…..
Ukraine should tell Trump to go F**** himself.

It is shameful and America will never be able to wipe away the stain of this betrayal.

Hear me out. This deal (imo) is less about mineral rights for the US and more about security guarantees for Ukraine. It adds decision calculus to Russia at the conclusion of this conflict that if they choose to reinvade, they are jeopardizing US interests in Ukraine as well. It adds a layer of commitment to Ukraine peace in that Krasnov will want to preserve his access to those rights and will respond to protect those interests. I may be making some assumptions here, that being Krasnov will ultimately care about his precious metals over his placating Putin, a future president will care about this deal, but yeah. Zelenskyy is playing more here than just trading resource access for immediate support/payback to the US. I think it’s a smart move on his part. Slava Ukraini.
