      Trump did nothing deserving of gratitude. He is supposed to represent all people in the USA.

      How much clearer does it have to be that he is looking to be King, not president? He literally painted it over his magazine cover. How much more disrespect must the world endure for Americans to take up their arms and physically throw this brood of vipers out of their house and constitution and mark my words – he will hand the USA over to war and its demise to get what he wants. And then it will be like the world watching the Titanic sink into the darkness of the ocean.

      What we all saw in the oval yesterday gave me mixed feelings of deep anger and sadness.
      Same feelings i had when that pos Derek Chauvin had his knee on George Floyd.

      Sadly we are still judged by internationals because of our dark past… but that dark past also produced a lot of heroes. This is your chance American people. Make it count! tramp is testing your democracy in real time.

      Yeah, not only this, but the US has saved far more than the aid it’s given because these treaties, as part of nuclear disarmament policy, led to US being able to keep it’s nuclear stockpiles IIRC at about 1600 warheads, a historic low. The nuclear arms race we were previously in cost trillions. These policies have saved the US a fortune.

      Abandoning their deal reverts us all back to a nuclear arms race and to building a very costly anti ICBM capability.

      From a German: If your are an American, that didn’t vote for Trump, you don’t really need to feel guilt and be ashamed. BUT, you have the responsibility to do something about it! And when/if you get rid of this Trump government, it will for ever be your historic responsibility to never let this happen again. To always be vigilant.

      Only thing missing is that Trump doesn’t deserve gratitude. Because he hasn’t done a fucking thing for Zelenski and Ukraine as a whole.

      This set-up was the most deplorable thing I have seen in a while. So sorry Zelenski didnt just punch Vance in the face. What an insolent pig.

      (This is inspired by the Russian claims of a 3 day war that is now well over a thousand days old. Help me to remind the Trump administration of their failure to get peace for Ukraine by posting how many days have passed since Trump’s inauguration and his boasting of being able to bring peace in one day.)

      This is why I think democratic states should make a mandatory politics and history test for every citizen to take right before presidential elections. Otherwise cheap populism would always prevail, and this is how autocrats come to power in a democracy

      There are legal ways to remove Trump from office and it is through impeachment. At this point there can be no doubt that Trump is just another one of Putin’s thugs and his plan is to make America another vassal state of Russia.

      Those congress members who are trying to find excuses or rational reasons for Trump’s and Musk’s behavior are compromised and buy him more time. We have to lean so hard on them until they are more afraid of us then them, and get them to impeach Trump. Join the resistance.
