Ciao insieme,

    1. The two red valves, if they are perpendicular to the pipes they are closed.

But normally you shouldn’t do anything here. If you switch the controls in your room to the lowest setting and there is still significant heating, a professional should check that no valves are stuck.

you don’t deactivate that, it’s fully automated. once it gets hotter outside the heating stays off. please don’t touch these things here, they’re calibrated

You really shouldn’t touch any of this if you’re not a trained technician working for the landlord. Just turn off the individual radiators.

So you have floor heating? How long ago did you turn it off? Floor heating takes time to cool down.

You don’t touch this part, from what I remember being told when my house was built the white things are pumps and they can sometimes fail. But in 15 years, this has not happened to me. There should be a central console where you can set the temperatures, but it is a set once and forget. The thermostats inside and outside the house will then regulate the flow. The only thing you need to control are the theromstats in the different zones around your house.
