Ciao ragazzi, sotto c’è una foto di una sezione Kündigung dal mio mitvertrag (contratto di affitto). Non ho avuto esattamente qual è il mio periodo di preavviso se voglio lasciare l’appartamento? Attualmente sono un hauptmieter con altri 3 come il mio sconosciuto. Questo è il mio contratto con il mio padrone di casa. Qualsiasi consiglio sarà apprezzato Danke

No regulation in the contract, thus the statutory regulations are in place. 3 months to the end of a month
nothing special so the usual laws apply. you have 3 months of Kündigungsfrist to the end of the current month. so if you terminate now the 3 months start counting at the end of this month.
