      When the U.S. gets a decent President again they will regret the trade partners they lost and be ‘concerned’ with all their allies beefing up their militaries.

      Even if Trump is removed at the next election, it will be decades before Europe or any other country trusts the US again for anything. The big wake up call for the world is that the US can be taken over by evil idiots at any election, and that any other country can be thrown under the bus for political points.

      Europe and the rest of the world will evolve their economies to survive without the US and to possibly exclude the US. Then the US will have zero leverage anywhere.

      The UK has given more aid which will help Ukraine, and that’s a good thing, but not much has changed between Saturday morning and Sunday night. The EU is going to have their meeting Thursday I believe, but that’s been in the works for weeks. Its also been clear for weeks that one way or another its likely getting closer to game time for European countries.

      We should worry about us and our friends. The US is past. Only in 4 years time that relationship should be re-assessed.
      Until then we should rearm ourselves and develop mutually beneficial relations with other world actors.

      The US will regret what exactly? The EU sending Putin another angry letter while they buy their energy in Rubles?

      Unless French, English, German, Polish troops replenish Ukraine troop numbers, Ukraine will lose without US support.

      But hey, if the EU wants to fight Russia in Ukraine, I wish you the best. But I doubt you will…
