      The trial book was a nice touch, it was all a televised set up from the start, a ‘kangaroo court’. And the covering of the eyes of previous Presidents… Lots of symbolism.

      This isn’t realistic… the only book Trump would have on the table would be Mein Kampf.

      I like the bars over the eyes of former presidents though… nice touch.

      I have a question for everyone: Is war really worth it for all of us Europeans when it comes to Ukraine? As a history student, I have noticed that people usually experience a wave of nationalism at the start of a war, but midway through, they begin to realize it is not as great as they initially thought. By the end, most come to understand that diplomacy would have been a better path. I remember reading a paper by a soldier who reflected on his experience, saying: “At first, we thought we were fighting a just war, but as we continued, I began to ask myself, what is the point? I am merely killing people like me, separated only by words that define a country. These words were created by people to justify the killing of others. Nationality is a construct to divide us. Why do we let mere words justify the killing of another?”
