Call pestcontrol. Try to avoid making an emergency appointment, those can be costly. In the mean time lock up all food and try to figure out what you are dealing with. Food for them can be different than food for you. Locking up means the plastic bag most food comes in is your last and weakest line of defense. Try to put the bags in bigger containers made out of thicker plastic.
When you know more about these critters, maybe visit a GP, you never know how bad they can hurt you or how easily your problems can be resolved.
Put one in a sealable jar so you can show pestcontrol/GP the cause of your problems.
A couple years back we’ve had a caterpillar plague in the Netherlands. Haven’t seen them myself, but I heard they had incredibly nasty stings. Do you know the species?

Do you have any clearer pictures? Because they just look like the little buggers that like to munch on my garden plants. Annoying AF, but definitely not toxic. I dont see any hairs on this one and I don’t know of any hairless caterpillars that are toxic or irritating to the touch (but my caterpillar knowledge isn’t super extensive so it’s possible there are some). With better pictures you can always ask r/whatsthisbug for an ID
