Hi, everyone! I put together a tutorial on how to make an instant dictionary and word translator out of the [Redfoxsanakirja.fi](https://redfoxsanakirja.fi) website. It pops up when you highlight text on a page or PDF in either Finnish or English, and shows translations, synonyms, grammar details, and example sentences.

Here’s the tutorial I wrote: https://www.reddit.com/r/lumetrium_definer/comments/1j35d36/finnish_dictionary_at_redfoxsanakirjafi_as_custom
In short, the idea is to use a Chrome extension called [Definer](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/definer-popup-dictionary/noagjioaihamoljcbelhdlldnmlgnkon?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic_social&utm_campaign=custom_source). There’s a “Custom source” feature in the settings that allows turning any website into a data source for its pop-up search results.
I’d really appreciate your thoughts on this!
Woow. This reminds me of Jisho but for Finnish! This is gonna help a lot of people who want to learn the language.
Really cool stuff!
Works perfectly, thanks!
