KGB is USSR. Are they talking about FSB? I would believe Russian interference, but this just seems like entirely something that’s illogical as the KGB (in Russia) hasn’t been a thing since 1991. Additionally, I don’t think Belarus has amazing policing powers when half of their dissidents live right next door in Poland.
