They can be proud. They registered zero complaints last year!
Got this when I tried to file a complaint at the own website of Bpost. Guess they will be able to report a good customer service this year with less complaints. Guess it will go down like their shares.
Guess it’s a complaint for you , for them, it’s either feedback or compliments.

Have you tried sending them a letter?
Send to ombudsdienst to file a complaint. There is no way not even by phone to file a complaint at Bpost.
When I moved some times ago I had several problems with their mail redirection service, including a couple of hospital bills that never arrived to my new address and went to recollection.
When I complained with them they basically said “Oh yeah, we are sorry this happened. Have a nice day”.
So even if you manage to talk with them if may still be useless.
