He is wasting his time. Trump’s stance on both of those issues isn’t going to change.
Likely he’ll bring it up in the kind of way which allows Trump to give an answer about being the “peace guy” and boast that there were “no wars” when we was last president. No doubt Trump will get a dig at Ireland in relation to Apple though.
He will declare St. Patrick’s Day as DEI and there will be no more celebrations of the day in the country.
What he didn’t mention is that he’ll have a suitcase with the Apple tax money in it to ensure things go smoothly
I’m still of the opinion that we should not dignify Trump with our presence. It’s a waste of time.
He just just go and have a good time, don’t make this visit more than it is. He’s not going to listen anyway, and if Trumps memory has not completely gone he might remember “that Irish dude”, the only European he had a good time with….might come handy one day….
I really think he should say something measured about Ukraine Gaza and Canada
