I understand the point, but if we want to attract tech companies we need to offer terms that are at least comparable to other similar countries. So it makes sense in the long run

      Yes, finally some valid criticism.

      As he says:

      >The main expense of the IT sector is the salary

Meanwhile our **local** businesses are put on the sidelines because NVIDIA, a company worth 2 trillion dollars, receives 240,000$ **by our government** as aid. As if they need it.

If the point is to attract big companies from whom we barely see a penny. We can become the next US, no production, all money.

But if we want local manufacturers to exist, if we want local production to start. We can’t rely on these bums who will “bring innovation” to Armenia.

And what is innovation you say?

Who knows. NVIDIA has been in Armenia the past 2 years, and nobody knows what they’re doing for Armenia as far as we know.

We can’t make foreign businesses profitable **by giving them their workers salaries**. As Vache says, it will be better to train, provide healthcare, provide amenities, then direct investment.
