I might have misread it but is that article saying that the victim was raped twice, by 2 separate individuals but the second guy wasn’t charged because he was a witness at the 1st attacker’s trial?
This is confusing. The article said there were two rapes that night.
The #1 was without any evidence, the guy (O’Grady) was found guilty.

**EDIT**: As the comments pointed out (thanks!), the CCTV footage of the second case showed that it was consensual. This footage was presented by O’Grady’s lawyer during a trial of the first case, to pursuit the court that the complainant’s words were not reliable and thus, suggested O’Grady was in fact not guilty.
**P.S** Without a prior knowledge of the case, this article is extremely hard to follow…
Accused two men of rape.
Video proves conclusively that the second rape was not rape.
First guy to get convicted anyway.
Unless the article has omitted something to say this is wrong is putting it mildly.
Will there be riots or is that only when it’s an immigrant?
