Questa sembra una punizione davvero estrema, giusto?
Il risultato è stato chiaramente molto sfortunato, ma alla gente non dovrebbe essere data la loro punizione in base al risultato ma piuttosto all’azione. Non è come guidare 200 km/h mentre ubriaco è improvvisamente bene perché non hai causato un incidente, quindi il fatto sfortunato un uomo anziano ha preso una cattiva caduta e alla fine non è morto dovrebbe avere un impatto (troppo) la punizione.
190k per aver superato un pedone che si trova fuori inaspettatamente sembra molto, molto duro.
Cosa ne pensi?

Geen jurist. Er staat opschorting van straf. Wat wel moet betaald worden is schadevergoeding. Normaal is dat de verzekering die dit betaalt. Jongens dit is waarom je een familiale verzekering nodig hebt.
190.000€? Did this happen to be someone riding a debrided e-rocket cycle while drunk and higher on drugs than a meteorological balloon, this while illegally using nuclear weapons on pandas?

There has to be tons of stuff missing in this article? What speed are we talking? What kind of space was it to have cycles and pedestrians together? Why did the man just die?
It’s not really a fine though, it’s a compensation for damages to the family.
That said, that’s an insanely high amount. Is it proportional to other fatal accidents?
