I suspect this might be also political, but I don’t know enough about Albania to be sure.
It is not really about the violence of children. The case that became the reason for this ban involved the child of someone important that went along without consequences nor was he disclosed to the public. The PM couldn’t care less about people. However, he is scared that TikTok draws a lot of attention that isn’t positive about his party, seeing what happened in Romania with Georgescu and TikTok was enough reason for him to push this exactly in the election year. Albanian elections are due this spring.
